I found the hotel beautiful, but the restaurants and massage, bar, etc., much too pricey. The spa treatments were not the standard I expected and the facilities are small. A better value would be the Grand Hyatt, but their spa is also lacking. I would use outside massage services. Everything is great - the bathroom is huge, and I have heard its the most earthquake proof building in Tokyo. Anyway, you can't go wrong here - except on price. I went for business in May 2011 and it was $400 ish a night, in November it was $1500+ so I am staying elsewhere. More
