The rooms in this hotel have a decent size compared to other Tokyo hotels in the same price category. Rooms are very clean with generous toiletry kit. Actually this hotel is closer to Shinjuku than Shibuya, which is a very good thing. In fact it is just south of the station too. The price was great, rooms were small but expected and acceptable, spotlessly clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and it's even a stop on the limousine bus route from the airports!

Very good location - just exit south end and you can find your way around. Very clean and secure. Efficient checkin and checkout. We stored two bags there while we checkout for a overnight Hakone trip then returning to Shinjuku. Rooms are small but it's understandable. Hey, it's Tokyo central!
