My recent family holiday in Shinjuku, Japan was fantastic. The hotel rooms were good but a bit cramp, though. The hotel stuff were friendly & very helpful. Very near to the subway station. A walking distance to the shopping areas. The only problems we encountered were to find halal food around Shinjuku.

Great location 5-10 mins walk from Shinjuku station. I was a bit weary of the hotel being in the 'red light district', but the area felt quite safe and didn't bother me at all when there. If you don't want to miss any Shinjuku's nightlife, then this hotel is the best option. There are plenty of restaurants around, Pachinko parlors and entertainment clubs.The hotel service is remarkable. The rooms are a bit small, but very confortable. I personally enjoyed my stay.

The Chinese staff, called Ryu 劉, was very impolite and not helpful at all!!! But the location of hotel is quite convenient. Anyway, I will NOT choose to stay in this hotel anymore because of RYU, a terribly unhelpful and impolite staff!!!
