Stayed here for 2 nights earlier in the month. Our room for 3 was pretty spacious and even had a cosy 2 seater sofa. Even though our room was on the 7th floor, a view outside the windows was non-existent due to presence of an adjacent building barely meters away. Not that we were complaining since we were out of... I was staying in a semi-double room on the 7th floor which only had one double bed instead of two for me and my girlfriend. Although it was a small room, it was enough for short trips. The staff were polite but those on duty at night spoke little english. The heat in the room was not stable, i woke... More

Stayed with my kids in this hotel and from our area we take the train to Disney land, universal studio and Tokyo. The tickets are expensive but i heard you can get a special rate by booking your plane ticket with jal. Shopping is abundant in the area . Restaurants are expensive eve at mcdonalds a few blocks away More

We stayed here Feb 2010 so it's a late review. Hotel was older than some hotels in Tokyo, but the place was efficient and clean. Location was great, walking distance to gov building and other areas of interest. Best thing was the buffet breakfast which was exceptional, the food on offer was abundant and very good, western and eastern. It... More

I chose this because of its proximity to a conference venue (Nat'l Olympic Youth Center in Yoyogi) and for that it was very good (~20 min walk). The hotel itself seemed to be undergoing some sort of work - it was shrouded in scaffolding and there were warning signs in the elevator: "Beware of paint smell." I was thinking, "Oh,... More

Nice clean room -- not to big, but I expected this from a Japanese hotel. Easy access to train station which also made it extremely easy to get from and to the Narita airport. TV and coffee maker looked old, but they were clean. Rooms and halways smell like cigarrette smoke, but I suspect this is a universal feature given... More

I was in Tokyo for the first time and decided on this hotel because it was cheap and in shinjuku area. I was surprised how good it was! I was staying with my mother and our room was lovely, not that small as I heard it will be, it even had sofa, table and two chairs aside of our two... More

This hotel is easy to find and to get in/out of IF you know the area. To get to the hotel, take the SOUTH EXIT from Shinjuku Station and walk towards the Washington Hotel. After you pass, two Family Marts, you will see the Washington Hotel and a sign for a "Mini-Stop" conviniency store. Turn right, on the next alley... More
