I stayed here on New Year's night when almost all other budget accommodations in the area were fully booked, this is not a capsule hotel, its a dormitory style youth hostel. In general the bed was clean and the lockers seemed pretty safe. There is a shortage of toilets and bathrooms though, so keep that in mind if that bothers...
