This summer we took our 4 kids ages 16-10 to France. It was challenging to figure out where to stay since Normandy area is so large. Les Pieris is a few miles inland from the charming city of Grandcamp Maisy, easy to get to, centrally located between both Omaha and Utah beaches. Our 4 kids had a large room and... More

We took our Tandem from Caen to Cherbourg. Our first stop was Les Pieris. What a great welcome and a comfortable place to stay. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly. Some lovely places to see on our journey and many reflective experiences offered by the history of the area. Highly recommended particularly for the cyclist - regular or tandem!

I have been going to Normandy every June since 1994, for the D-Day events, stayed all over the area from Caen to St Lo in various locations. Have enjoyed my quite & peaceful stay in Grand Camp Maisy now here for the last three years. Great central location..close to the N-13 and all the things Grand Camp Offers .... shops,... More

We absolutely loved this hotel which is all about traditional Normandy. The buildings are based around a lovely garden with an enormous amount of animals to enjoy including two very friendly black labradors. You are made to feel a part of the family and breakfast is communual and very French. It was a great start to my Normandy visit and... More

This was a wonderful bed and breakfast! It cost the 3 of us 60 euros for the night and it was very much worth it. It's located on a farm with turkeys and chickens and dogs (who are super friendly). The location is close to Omaha beach, Pont du Hoc, the American Cemetery and the German Cemetery. The B+B is... More

The thing that hit me so much here was that when I turned off the light I was in complete darkness, something that a city dweller doesn't experience often! A very friendly welcome with great surroundings, good breakfast, directions to our next destination and lovely house pets!! We were given a room with disabled access, something that we didn't need... This was a perfect week in Normandy. Everything was in order and Marc was awesome and friendly and gave us some suggestions about where to go and what to do. Being on a farm became part of the experience and we soon became friends with the dogs, and Marc showed us the turkeys, chickens and sheep. In fact, everyday brought... More

Our last trip to Normandie and couldn't have found a better place to stay. We were treated like family. Best customer service we could have received. The farm and property were beautiful, great place to sit and relax. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Thomas Family

This was my third trip to Normandy and now I know where I will be staying for all my future trips. Les Pieris was perfect for my family. I was traveling with my wife and two children (2 boys ages 10 and 12) Our room, while lacking old world charm, was extremely clean and I would describe it as over... More
