Palm Court is situated in Orient Bay, just two minutes walk from the beach and all local amenities. Orient Beach is on the windward side of the island, so the hotel is blessed with the cooling Caribbean trade winds for most of the year. The breeze not only keeps the temperatures comfortable, but also provides ideal conditions for watersports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing.

It has been ten years since we were at Palm Court but again this hotel did not disappoint. Easy walk to the beach, convenient to Orient Bay village and it's restaurants. Rooms were well designed and laid out. Only issue was hot water for showers but other than that a great place to access Orient Bay and Grand Case. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for 5 days in December. This is a lovely boutique hotel only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were bright and cheery. I had a lovely room on the second floor with a fabulous balcony view of the pool (room 3). The pool was really relaxing with sunbeds and umbrellas. It was usually pretty empty, so most mornings I had the pool to myself. The hotel serves a really good continental breakfast. Fruits, juices, croissants, and cereals. Perfect light breakfast to start the day. Juline, who worked at the breakfast each morning, is so lovely. I enjoyed chatting with her each morning. I also dined at the hotel restaurant my first night. It was really good. They had an extensive menu. Staff was very nice. It also seemed to have a lively bar scene later in the evening. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from lots of other restaurants. They were all really good. Anna and her staff were all so accommodating and hospitable. I was celebrating my birthday, and she kindly provided a bottle of pinot noir. Overall, this is a great place to kick back and enjoy the beautiful island. Thank you again ladies!

Wow! Palm Court is fantastic. Before we even arrived, the customer service was wonderful. A tropical storm was brewing in the ocean, and the hotel kept us posted on weather and local websites to check for updates. We had a ground floor suite with 2 king beds and it was perfect. Lots of space. A big bathroom with two sinks and walk in shower. Separate water closet. An efficient kitchen area with a well working fridge. The room was very clean and air conditioning was very effective. Even the lighting, closet space and drawers were ample. Housekeeping left flowers around the room…delightful! We enjoyed sitting on our terrace, which included a lounge chair, small table and two chairs. Just 10 steps away was the pool, with comfortable lounge chairs. All of it surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. We had breakfast by the pool every morning and it was a great way to start the day. Coffee, juices, French bread, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit and wonderful egg dishes available a La carte. The woman who worked the breakfast area was so kind, pleasant and helpful. The beach is a short 2 minute walk around the corner. Lots of shops and restaurants made this a very convenient and easy place to stay. We want to deeply thank the staff for all the assistance they gave us when our travel plans hit a big roadblock. Canceled ferries derailed our trip to Saba, and Palm Court went out of their way to help us: making phone calls to taxi and ferry companies for us, allowing us to stay for hours after our check out and being so supportive as we figured out what to do. We won’t hesitate to recommend Palm Court to anyone!

Have been visiting the Island since 1994. Palm Court has been home since 2017. Home 🏡 is a perfect word for Palm Court under the management of Anne Jacques, the creme de la creme of hospitality management and customer service. Clearly, one of a kind.

Have stayed here for many years. Much better pricing than hotels/resorts right on the beach, but a very short walk from those beaches. Being back a little also provides a buffer when there’s loud music on the beach or in the village center. Anne and her staff are so helpful in accommodating room requests as possible, making reservations for dining, car rentals, taxis, and so forth. Nice pool if you don’t want the beach and a great continental breakfast is provided.

My wife and I enjoy traveling quite a bit but we’ve never gone to the Caribbean before. I often thought St. Martin would be a good choice and the time seemed right to give it a try so… Orient Bay was pretty much how I thought it would be from my research. We didn’t rent a car and we didn’t need one. Everything for our 4 night getaway was within walking distance. More shops than I expected, a couple of grocery stores, plenty of restaurants and the beach! We spent a lot of time walking the beach, beautiful water, great people watching, great weather, a little cloudy each day but minor. Next time more sunscreen! The Palm Court hotel was great! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was very nice, additional choices, additional cost but very reasonable. Room, number 7, ground floor was large, comfortable, mini fridge, microwave, double sinks, nice shower. The only negatives had nothing to do with the hotel. We arrived on a Saturday and the airport was pretty overwhelmed, it took a good hour to get through Border Control. We got a taxi, 40 USD, about 30-35 minutes, but a pretty uncomfortable van. The ride back to the airport was an even more uncomfortable ride so I have to do something about that next time. Also, it was as windy as I’d heard, but not a problem and there was some seaweed, but again not a problem. All in all, a great vacation and we’ll be back!

We loved our time at this wonderful property! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the island. This hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the A/C works to perfection. Breakfast by the pool is great and the lady preparing and serving it was wonderful. There are great food options within easy walking distance, everything from convenience stores and pizza joints to fine dining restaurants are right down the street. We preferred dining at Le Telegraphe and ate there for 4 out of our 5 dinners on the island. Orient Beach is probably a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Anne and her staff took great care of us and we are already planning a return trip.

We stayed at Palm Court for a week in March 2022. First, the Orient Bay area is in our opinion the best on the island, for those looking for a Caribbean island feel, without high rises or loud bars. The area around the airport is crammed, commercial in a negative way, with average beaches - feels like a different island. Palm Court is a very good boutique hotel, located 2-3 minutes from the Orient Bay beach, restaurants, a small but very good grocery store, and some other stores. The rooms are big, with the toilet in a room different from the shower room. The kitchenette was great for refrigerating cheese/small snacks and extra drinks. I would have given it the full five stars had it not been for two areas where improvements can be made: 1. The chairs and umbrellas at Bikini Beach are supposed to be free of charge for hotel guests. However, the people at Bikini Beach demanded a consumption of four drinks per person per day for that, which is not what "free" is about. I think this type of detail should be settled without the customers getting in the middle. However, the manager of the hotel pointed us out to the other place - Wai Plage - which was indeed great and not looking for a minimum consumption, although we occasionally had drinks and ate there. That location is about a hundred meters farther from the hotel; 2. The breakfast could use some variety. The cheese, fruit salad, yogurt, etc. are exactly the same every day. All in all, I highly recommend this place - we had a blast.
