The streets are narrow but Caunes-Minervois is authentic. The hotel is well located right adjacent to the Mayor's office. The facility is very comfortable with a warm lounge,a spacious breakfast room and a protected terrace. The village of Caunes is quiet, picturesque and centrally located for exploring the Minervois. And the best part was our host , a wealth of information and advice named Roy. We do not hesitate to recommend L'Ancienne Boulangerie and certainly intend to return ourselves.
