Every room has been tasefully decorated and the ensuite bathrooms have been renewed, or in the case of room 3 - a shower room. All the furnishings are of a good quality and the beds renewed in July 2012. Each room has a 26" Sony flat-sceen Freeview television, hair-dryer and a large ceiling fan, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Ok, it's bank holiday Monday and you fancy a change from Brixham and don't want to drive to Dartmouth or Torquay knowing the roads will be busy as will the usual haunts. “Everything to a high standard for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.”

We have stayed at the Weary Ploughman before and this time had a nice double room with an ensuite. The room was airy, clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of nice hot water for a relaxing bath, nice white fluffy towels. Tea and Coffee making facilities, hairdryer, bottled water in the room and a large television on the wall... More

We stayed here at the weekend, on arrival the doors were locked and after ringing the doorbell several times and phoning we saw a sign that said they were closed till 5:30pm.
