“Outstanding B and B”

I was attending a course over a weekend and stayed at Bridge Cottage for 2 nights. The weather was atrocious but the welcome from Chris and Alison was warm and welcoming. “Lovely escape near Elham”

Staying with Chris and Alison is a real pleasure. We stayed for two nights. The place is lovely, in the country side, with public footpaths around for those who'd like to make the most of Elham Valley. My girlfriend & I stayed at Chris & Alison's B&B the night before a big family get together. We cannot fault Bridge Cottage at all - it's a lovely place to stay, very clean & the owners are fantastically hospitable. We stayed here for one night as we were going to a friends wedding nearby. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and had a lovely view of the owners pretty garden. “A gem in the Kent countryside!”

Our family stayed with Chris and Alison for nearly one week...and we didn't want to come home! The Elham Valley is a walker's dream and the Kent countryside is pristine. As we were traveling to France via the Euro tunnel,this B&B turned out to be just perfect in more ways than one. Stayed at Bridge Cottage for one night only as a stop-over on our return leg to Belgium via Eurotunnel.( will return to explore the area more and intend to stay longer next time).
