For once this hotel completely undersells itself. Think 15th century village on a river, not two buildings either side of a road. A fantastic little retreat set in the perfect riverside location. A charming hotel set amongst chocolate box scenery. The staff were very attentitive and the food in the restaurant/pub was excellent. I had a great 40th birthday here and will definitely be returning. 10/10
