Rijckendael hotel is an ok hotel to stay in as a stop-over for a night. I wouldn't recommend to visit this hotel for holidays or city visit as the surroundings, the building and its rooms lack a bit of atmosphere. Positives: Personal at reception is friendly and quick. Breakfast is good - lot of choices available. Bathroom is not that... More

Not the first time the office agency books me here and i cannot say it is awful but certainly it is very sad. Far from anything. Uninspiring. No free wifi, and you cant put the wifi on the room either, you need to pay with credit card directly (9€) so for business travellers this like me this is an issue... More

Modern hotel, well appointed, with free parking and fresh breakfast included at very reasonable rate. Rooms larger than most with large tub/shower in spacious bath. Set in quiet residential area (although did hear a rooster crowing). Plenty of storage space. Accommodating staff. A clean room did have a strong antiseptic smell upon arrival but cleared slowly when window opened. Pillow... More

This was the second hotel utelised in Brussel and although average, significantly better rgan Astrid. The breakfast was good but the rooms while clean have seen better days. The service in the restaurant was a bit slow. The checkout was a bit of a challenge due to nonb-functional PC

I spent one night in this hotel. General standards are insufficient, the staff is rude and the rooms are not enough clean. There are many other hotels in the area that are worth to go. Avoid this one.

I recently spent 5 days in the Rijckendael Hotel and I will never return. Firstly when we arrived there was nobody at the reception desk. Eventually somebody sauntered in and begrudgingly checked us in. This was the start of many bad accounts with the staff in this hotel. I do not want to spend my time listing them but for... More

I have stayed with my boyfriend when we wanted to visit Brussels. In general is this a nice hotel, good breakfast with pleanty of choice. Room was a little bit old but not a big deal for me, bed was good and bathroom clean. Minibar and TV. 24h reception. When we booked this hotel, we wanted to go by car... More

Staying at the area is weird at the beginning, as it is residential. It was good as the offices I went were very closed by. The hotel is small with four floors, a resutaurant and what is an always-empty bar. The best was free WiFi, but is is only available at the lobby. The rooms are not so small, but... More

I stayed there many times for a number of years. Great value in a good location, breakfast and parking included, free internet, movies, pants press and clean, but upkeep and maintence is lacking. Probably built as a 4-star and later sold, every visit there are more bangs, dents and scratches. Last visit a few weeks ago, they had conference tables... More
