Stayed here back in July, overall a good hotel in a central location but don’t expect much from the rooms. Just use this as a place to crash at night or to come back to have an afternoon nap. On arrival received a sea view upgrade. Room was very small but clean with comfortable bed. Had trouble with window the first night but it was sorted promptly the following morning. Breakfast was very basic with little choice but the Bistro downstairs was very good value also with a take away pizza menu. Pity they didn't do a delivery service.... More

stayed for 3 nights over new year and recieved an unexpected harbour view upgrade on arrival. breakfast was adequate although small choice of foods. Superbly quiet at breakfast (never more than 6 other guests) which i loved. friendly staff and good clean rooms. evening meal in the adjoining pizzaria was superb. Helpful staff and friendly - good location -two restaurants and food quite acceptable- and the Hotel is not expensive. It would be even better with room service and tea-making facilities but I would say it is nevertheless an excellent Hotel. More
