Having surprised my husband with a one night stay at the spa hotel for his birthday (without the kids) we was very happy by the spa itself and our room was beautifull ( everything we wanted and more!!!!!) but what did blow us away was the brasserie restaurant. We was actually booked in "the restaurant" which is a restaurant on... More

Best part of complex is the accommodation. Spacious and clean. Pool is a little small but adequate. Eateries include Starbucks, Papa Johns, Bar and Grill and the Restaurant. Took my Family to the Restaurant for my wife's 40th birthday and was totally disappointed. A Lasagne was burnt and the sharing dessert had a hair in it. Sent both back but... More

Wow what a lovely surprise. Hired a pine lodge for a family of 6. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodation and cleanliness was far superior to centre parcs. The swimming pool was enough for our children (aged 3 and 5) although I think older children may? Become bored after a few days of the same. The pool was lovely... More

Hired the emerald cottage which sleeps six people. It was fantastic had everything you needed. Spotless clean and very comfortable beds. The park itself was just great, plenty to do. Both swimming pools were excellent with zacuzzis, the restaurant was great we had a lovely meal there and very enjoyable. There is something to suit everyone. Some of the log... More

first of all there is no parking out side the motel just a drop off point. The room we had was fine for the purpose but was told would only be allowed 1 toilet roll and no more milk if we wanted more would have to buy our own. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have... More

The accomadation is fantastic as for the availability of getting something to eat forget it, the size of the grill in the bar is a joke for the size of the complex and also they refuse to walk an extra 5 steps further to bring it in to the bar area. You can only eat if you book a table... More

We had a family reunion, and booked a cottage with three bedrooms. We were really pleasantly surprised at all the facilities, and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The cottage was well appointed, clean and good value. The food in the tea room was good; the dinners in the grill was excellent, the laundromat clean and inexpensive, the shop well stocked, and the... More
