This used to be an amazing boutique hotel. Now it is just average. The beautiful lounge is devoid of the warmth and quirky decor that it had when privately owned. Now it is owned by a Brewery with consequent mediocre ambience. Pleasant front of house but this hotel sadly needs to revisit its glorious past. It is under achieving!
