On arrival we wondered what we had let ourselves in for when we observed threadbare carpets and a notice stating the steam room was out of action......nevertheless we remained optimistic and we had a fantastic two days at the old barn. The hotel is very comfortable. People are very nice and polite.In the morning you can have a nice chat with Pat who serves a very good breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and there are excellent facilities.

We had a relaxing week at this self-catering cottage set in peaceful surroundings. The owners were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Easy access to the City of Lincoln and good local walks to take in the countryside and pubs of Scothern, Dunholme and Nettleham.

Lovely clean homely accomodation, close to Lincoln town centre. Ideal location for sightseeing close enough to Lincoln whilst still enjoying the peaceful countryside owners were very pleasant and most helpful with information about Lincoln ,where to go and events on in Lincoln. Would highly recommend this peaceful place to anyone looking for self catering accommodation near Lincoln centre.
