“Great value at cozy B&B”

We got great service, the staff was very friendly, and we got great personalized breakfasts. The staff is helpful yet not "in your face" or overly social. The rooms were very cozy and had a surprisingly high standard, compared to the pretty low prices. Nice small town with possibilities of great hiking and biking. Highly recommended!

“Perfect stop-over”

Just stayed here with biking mates and would recommend highly for anyone staying in Innerleithen for cycling or otherwise. Very bike friendly and really top notch rooms with superb views and a great breakfast too. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to return again.

“Great B&B in a great location”

Lovely house, great room, immaculately clean throughout. Terrific range of breakfast options and a lovely room to eat it in. Proprietor friendly, helpful and responded very promptly to emails etc. Highly recommend.
