Due to the bankruptcy of the company managing the apart hotel I had to leave the flat with 12 hours notice. I paid for two week and I lost one week of rent. The dishonest staff accepted the payment when the hotel was about to close... Apparently they are still trying to rent out some of the flats. Be careful

The hotel was clean, convenient and well priced. I have no criticisms whatsoever about our stay. On the evening before our departure, all guests received a note saying the hotel was in receivership and would be closed down the following day (14/6/2012). The apartment block is easily accessible, tram 94 stops in Avenue Louise and it is a few minutes walk away. More trams and buses at the Bailli stop which is another few minutes up avenue Louise. Located in the city center, the hotel is very clean. There is free wifi and there are a lot of restaurants nearby as well as 2 tramway lines and a public bike station. The room was quiet and well furnished.

The location is ok. The staff was unfriendly. The check in and check out hours are confusing. It was noisy from neighbor. We did not have a good experience when we stayed there.

Reached Brussels from Amsterdam and was able to find this service apartment without a hitch. Good, neat well kept rooms with all kitchenette facilities. Good service as well
