A very good B & B would recommend it to anyone. There was nothing that made us feel uneasy or inconvienent. hosts were helpful and pleasant. Area was very interesting and walks on the farm were very good.

The B&B is in the farmhouse of Earsham Park Farm, which is a huge pig-breeding operation - however, don't for a minute imagine there is anything unpleasant about the B&B! This bed and breakfast offers a lovely farmhouse in a quiet location with large bedrooms with comfortable super king size beds at a reasonable rate. It is one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Breakfasts were ok and plenty of parking outside farmhouse.

Bobbie's sharp manner made us feel uncomfortable from the start. The house is dated and cluttered and is not worth the premium prices asked. We found this place lovely and the room was really comfortablr. The vegatarian breakfast was really tasty and topped of with homemade wholemeal toast. We were able to take our dog which was handy and theres some lovely walks around the farm. We will be back

This B/B is highly overrated and does not meet with the expectations one would expect. Bonnie the landlady needs to take a course in Public Relations and stop pretending that she is running some high rated home. The decoration is hideous beyond belief and hardly Victorian. Perhaps I would have been able to write a review if our treatment when trying to book had been anything better than pathetic. I was trying to book a room to attend a local family party and when I looked on the website there were 2 rooms available. I decided to ring to ensure it was all up to date.... More

I can't understand the negative reviews at all. We were warmly welcomed, the room was a delight and breakfast was fantastic.
