little bit far of the downtown, but you are by car it's good. restaurants and some stores just beside it. the place is very calm. breakfast as suposed for an ETAP.

Spent 2 night at Etap in Flers. Hotel is very god value for money, very decent standard, modern and clean. Powerful shower, flat screen TV, could not fault this budget option.

Having stayed in many, many Etap hotels all over France, we find them clean, excellent value and convenient to use, particularly when checking in very late.
