Okay, so if you plan on checking in after 11pm (or before 7am), CALL them before and verify how you will get in because reception closes at 11pm. The rooms are very nice, the furniture is beautiful, the staff was great (I don't know why others have complained), but it is far from Cairns and I'd suggest renting a car.... More
