After two days in Delhi we arrived in Mandawa. As it was mid February it was still quite cold , especially at night. We stayed in one of the mud hut bungalows and we loved it. Interesting!!!! Small villas, prettily decorated and made out of dried cow dung with a thatched roof,typical of the region.  Very interesting designs. However, they were not very comfortable and in February - cold, humid and non too clean.......we were not impressed. The towels were wet and after we complained the subsitute towels were also wet!!!
