The hotel is located in the heart of the small town. The rooms with a view gives u a good scenic view during early mornings. Rooms with view are bigger and better compared to others. Food is very simple and average. The staff is very friendly.. Overall, a good expereince.

De Regency has got a good location in upper Peling to see Kanchenzongha very close from the rooms. The Service was average, so as the quality of food. We missed the touch of 'Hospitality' everywhere.

Overall good hotel for the place - Pelling. The location of the hotel is good. The food is ok - there are very little options available otherwise in Pelling. The service, in general needs a lot of improvement.

We chose to stay at De Regency after looking at 3 hotels in Pelling. It has a nice view of the mountains and the room looks cozy enough. The hotel staff were thoughtful enough to leave us a heater which we appreciated. Everything about the room, TV, shower with heater works well.
