Good experience, there is a beautiful hot spring, beautiful natural scenery, good food, good fruit, good service. The most memorable moment in between returning to the station, we were on a private basis. Very satisfactory

Kukuna is one of the nicer hotels in Kawaguchiko (Ubuya two doors down is better). Great location and if the weather is nice has a spectacular view of the lake and Mt. Fuji. All the rooms face Mt. Absolutely stunning setting, right on the lake shore. Very friendly helpful staff, location fantastic. Love the place! The only part i didnt like was the set menu, beautifully presented, but the taste wasn't appealing to me.
