It is truly authentic Japanese experience, starting from the moment you arrive with a lovely old Japanese member of staff halting the traffic with a yellow flag so that you can cross safely, until the end where you receive a many course, don't know what I was eating, but it tasted fantastic breakfast the following day.... Hotel staffs were friendly and polite. Dinner and breakfast were good and the presentation was nice too. Room was spacious and clean. You could view Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko from your room perfectly.
