Our family has been to Viva Villa 6 times and we feel like it is our home away from home. The lake is beautiful, the property is exceptional and we always have a great time when we go. Gerry & Ria are wonderful hosts and they run a family-friendly property where all feel comfortable. We'll be back again next year...

Viva Villa is a small family -run resort centrally located on Manitoulin Island. Our location is perfect for guests who wish to tour the Island. It is very quiet as we only have 4 cottages and we specialize in families and couples. We have 2 sandy beaches with no drop-offs which is great for small children swimming in our spring-fed lake. Lake Kagawong is quite big (40 squared miles) and we are located at the northern end in a bay. We usually have about a 75% return rate annually so it is necessary to book early.There is so much to do on Manitoulin Island - fish, swim, tour, horseback riding, golf and just plain relaxing. We are far from any traffic so your peace is assured. We also have 2 private cottages about 1 mile down the country road. Please email for more info. We have rowboats, motorboats, canoes, kayaks and paddleboats. We are pet friendly to one dog per cottage assuming they are well behaved and won't disturb our other guests.
