The hotel is nice. Not possible to be rated as 5 stars for quality or service. The staff packed my skis in somebody else's car. Unacceptable behavior for a 5 stars hotel. Mistakes should be avoided in a luxury hotel. Payed back if they happen. No sign of any practical compensation has been offered. Unbelievable

We only stayed for lunch at the beautifull restaurant at a great location, beautifull wine list and wine celler. We had excellent spareribs, salads and service during rush hour lunch in a full house. Take the bus from Lech or ski from Sankt Anton. Do reserve in time one of the corner tables with view on the slopes!
