“Don't stay in this hotel”

This is without a doubt the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never come across such unprofessional management (I suspect the person I dealt with was the owner and I simply can't believe her business will survive given her dreadful manner and cold demeanor) and it was a huge relief to check out and head home... “Wedding!”

We held our wedding at the old vicarage boutique hotel and it was everything we wanted. The venue is beautiful. Suzanne was wonderful in the planning as in she did everything. The day went very smoothly as all the staff were very professional. We would definitely recommend the hotel as a wedding venue.

I booked to stay here through booking.com and had requested an early check in of 11am, as I hadn't received a response I assumed that was ok. We stayed one night at The Old Vicarage as we were attending a wedding nearby. The service was excellent, the room was lovely, modern & clean. The breakfast was also really good. I have no negative comments about this hotel.
