We’ve been here two years running when we have stayed in Fisherman’s village. The food was excellent both years. The chicken & cashew dish is 💕💕 The staff are all really friendly. Happy hour cocktails are a bonus if you are there betweeen 4-7pm Really close the market in Fisherman’s village also. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed my stay here with friends. Budget friendly. Rooms were spacious. The restaurant and bar has really good food and drinks. Staff were really nice. The night market is a little stroll away but it’s right in the action of the Fisherman’s Village but so so quiet. I had the ground floor bungalow and unfortunately if you have people upstairs it does sound like elephants are upstairs. Would choose a deluxe stand alone bungalow to avoid this. Recommend!

We didn’t stay here but we went to the bar and had some spring rolls, cocktails and beers. We wanted to mention this place as we had a great time. They have a pool table which is free, and the drinks, particularly during happy hour were great value for money and much cheaper than other bars and restaurants. The spring rolls were so good. The staff here are lovely and the vibe was very relaxed. We loved that they played 80’s music. Would recommend a night here if looking for a relaxed vibe.

We called here for something to eat whilst at the fisherman’s village market. Food was excellent service also. Pleased to see there was no tax added to the bill like some of the other restaurants along this strip. Worth the visit even if it’s just for a drink.

Great location - able to walk to market, and across the road from beach. Clean room with tea and coffee making facilities and extra toilet paper ( nowhere else we stayed supplied this!!!). A comfortable bed, reasonably priced room and very friendly staff . Would recommend.

Lovely Boutique style hotel in central Fisherman’s Village, we stayed in one of the rooms by the pool, it was a great size immaculately clean and serviced daily. The pool is a decent size and there are sun beds with pool towels provided. The staff were superb Willawan (apologies if spelt wrong) was lovely and we felt the hotel cared about their guests. The bar area is a very social set up and the drinks prices were very reasonable, the Main Street is largely traffic free and there are many places to eat and drink, the Shack steakhouse was outstanding if you want a change from Thai food. Also Aroy Dee a basic looking eatery down a side street off the Main Street I great for Thai food. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Fisherman’s Village.

The French owner was very rude and aggressive I had to speak to this man 3 times about shouting at us for ridiculous things and embarrassing us in front of other people. We felt very uncomfortable during our stay and this man nearly ruined our holiday. We spent most of our time out and about as we felt uncomfortable staying by the pool. If you have children do not stay here as family’s are not welcome, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not related to the hotel but fishermen’s beach is really dirty and disappointing.

We only had drinks here. On our return back to our hotel one night, the Eden bar area was bouncing. We gave it a go. The service was good but my drink, a Bombay Sapphire G&T, didn’t taste right. The bar has a strange layout, not alone there in FV. Two long corner units and a pool table underneath the TV. We were going to return to give it another chance but preferred the Frog and the Karma Sutra.

Location is perfect but fishermen’s village isn’t that big much. Lobby is bar, that is quite awkward. Every time should passing whole bar for get out & get in. (Of course You can get in different gate after bar closes) Room is quite overprice compared to amenities. When you having a Shower should cover your toilet bowl, if not will be wet everywhere. Air condition and fan are too noisy, TV is so small, also doesn’t have small fridge. But the most biggest problem was room’s smell. When I checked in that smell almost killed me so I asked to owner’s wife directly. She said it’s air-fresher will be disappears after 1hour. But it didn’t happened obviously. I tried open whole windows but there are lots of mosquitoes and noise from bar so I only could get out of room directly. Of course it was smelly after few hours and whole night!!! I got headaches and my eyes were sore also. Booked 5nights but I can’t stay 4more nights with that strong smell. I directly talked with owner but he said no-one complained about that and can’t refund. Maybe all other guests are generous and patient. But it was too strong literally. This place got a lot of good reviews believe or not. In my personal experience owner is friendly randomly or I just only got bad experiences from here. I only wish money back from couldn’t stay 4 more nights. I wish no one experiences this way.
