Deffinitely not a 4 star hotel. Small rooms, old TV and very unconfortable position to look at, staff far from being helpful, old and very worn towels, without bathrobe and slippers although it is a hotel with spa, poor breakfast and the same food every morning. I will not come back ever !

the hotel has a really nice reception area. it has 2 pool, one of which is for kids, a playing ground and entertainment including video games for kids. the pool area has long chairs and umbrellas but also a patio from the hotel's bar (the prices are somewhat high) the rooms have AC, but not a performing one. a well... Clean rooms, nice lobby, great cocktails at the pool bar, good prices. The breakfast is ok for a 4 stars. Normal Double/Twin rooms are way too small for a 4 stars hotel. We went here for a conference, followed by a short holiday. Rooms are unfortunately small, beds, hard, TV`s very small, glasses, already shivered. Some hair on the floor of the bathroom... Though there is a small balcony (ours with a view to the pool), AC working just fine and very helpful staff. We ate all 3 meals in the hotel... More
