Great food...the water is lovely qnd the staff are absolutely fantastic and so friendly ...nothing was ever an issue.....i cannot wait to go back to this place...good being able to distance yourself away from the children as well...make sure you go fishing -

Loved this hotel. Great location for a flop and drop, not too far from the airport and almost exclusive access to a quiet bay. Lovely setting with calm beach and dramatic rainforest backdrop. Friendly and efficient staff, good food and varied menus in all three restaurants. Rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Fantastic value on the all inclusive 'chill out' package. If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday in a quality resort without paying the earth give Carlisle Bay a go.
