Me and my husband stayed at Birdies Nest for 2 week and it was wonderfully, waking up to the rolling sounds of the ocean in the morning and the beautiful singing of the birds this was a dream get away. The pool was amazing and we could go for a swim anytime of the night because we were safe, which... More

I found Birdie's Nest when I was researching places to stay in Tobago and I was looking for something close to the beach, I read all the reviews I could find and decided to contact the owner by email as instructed on the web site. I immediately got back a response from Prince and he was very professional and polite... More

Prince is an incredible energetic guy that made our vacation perfect. The apartment was very clean and convenient. He even provided a crib for our 16 month old child. The swimming pool in front of the sea is amazing.

Five out of Five I cannot find any reason for not giving Birdie's Nest the highest possible ratings. Unfortunately, the ratings are limited, with only "5" being the highest. This place was beyond expectation. It was very clean and excellently maintained. Located just upon the water front in Black-Rock, I was so amazed at the radiance projected by the rising... More

Birdie's Nest is a lovely guesthouse with 3 apartements next to Turtle beach on Tobago. It was a very clean and well maintained 3 room apartement with a small veranda. Also very nice was the pool area, wgere you can enjoy the whole day or just for a sundowner. We also had fun with Prince, the owner of Birdie' s... More

This was the trip of a lifetime for my eleven year old daughter and I. Birdie's Nest Garden apartment was perfection. It is in a great location overlooking Black Rock Beach within walking distance of other beaches. The three apartments provide for privacy and relaxation and the pool is a dream: it is clean and fresh and beautiful at night.The... More

“Prince”, our friendly and helpful host aims to offer his guests “perfection”, and in the Tobago setting, he is there. This report confirms all the positives in the other “Trip Advisor” reports, but adds a final thought as a challenge to the danger of complacency! We have just come to the end of 2 blissfully relaxed and comfortable weeks, in... More

My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights at Birdie's nest this January and wish we could have stayed longer! The lower level apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. With the beach as our backyard and hummingbirds greeting us in the morning, we had the perfect relaxing vacation. Prince was wonderful. His hospitality and helpfulness made our vacation just that much... More

Thank you for the wonderful review. I do hope one day you return once more to Birdie’s Nest. After you left we had rough seas which cause minor damages but were able to dealt with it swiftly, only a few minor things yet to be done. I do hope and try to continue the level of services to future tenants.... More

My husband and myself visited Birdie's nest for my birthday in October 2012. We occupied the ground floor beach view apartment. We felt that we had found a gold mine!!! The rooms were clean, spacious and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised that for a very young person who manages the business his level of professionalism. Prince is a gem. He... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Birdie's Nest holiday apartments are a gem, tucked away beside the beach on the Caribbean coast of Tobago, at Great Courland Bay. Located at the end of a country lane, our apartment house is quiet and secluded, but not remote. Far away enough away from the village to hear just the sound of the birds and the ocean, yet near enough to enjoy the village steelband, a Carib beer at the local "rum shop", or church on Sunday! This is the real West Indies. The real Tobago. This is Birdie's Nest. Birdie's Nest beach house sits on the shoreline, facing the sea. It is perched on a slight slope and enjoys a clear, cool, elevated view of the beach and the ocean. It is a typical two-storey West Indian house, divided into three beach holiday apartments. A single two-bedroom apartment occupies the entire upper floor of the house. The lower floor is divided into two one-bedroom self-contained apartments with lockable dividing door enabling them to be converted into another spacious two-bedroom accommodation when required. ... more   less
