We visited Borgo di Vagli in May 2012. It is located in the mountains with beautiful views of the countryside. I could not stop taking pictures of the beautiful, peaceful scenery with picturesque landscaping. A true treasure tucked away in the mountains.

The property was great, if you can do without some of our modern day conveniences. Be sure to know your route ahead of time to return to the airport because, unless you know Italian, the old winding roads to the highway could get you lost very easily and eat up a lot of time getting back on track.
