A group of us stayed at the Palms recently, some only a couple of days, the others longer. During our stay the managers Norm & Gayle could not have been more helpful from offering to help us place our vans and trailers to popping around for a chat. We stayed here on a powered site in our motor home for 3 nights in April. Gayle and Norm were first class hosts. The facilities were spotless. The camp kitchen was especially well equipped. One of favourite caravan parks the owners/managers are fantastic, the park is clean with a good camp kitchen, close to everything and it is quite at night. Have stayed in both sites and cabins. Not the greatest park for kids as there is little for them to do.

A big thank you to the hospitality of Gale and Norm. I loved the idea of Norm helping the driver reverse and park the caravan. this was our second stay here over Xmas, everything worked like a dream,clean at all times, very organised, & they even well dogs....that's different for Herevy Bay where most parks don't want to know. Thankyou for a great stay.

We were looking forward to our dog-friendly stay in Hervey Bay however didn't anticipate the owners micro-managing our every move.
