The room is spacious and bed is comfy. The large windows allows natural lighting into the room and windows can be opened to let fresh air in. Hot water is available. Check in and out was very easy and staffs were also friendly. Highly recommended for those overnight at Lahad Datu.

[27.10.2022] Room is clean and comfy. Bathroom is clean. Door bell was not functioning. Elevators were functioning. Front Office was great, housekeepers are also polite and friendly. The person whom I spoke on the phone to make room reservation need to improve on her communication skill. Breakfast was a disappointment. We can only choose ONE type of food from the given list. The food looks presentable but the taste is bland. There is a supermarket on the same block of this premise.

· We stayed there for only a night, on our way to Danum Valley from Semporna. I wasn't expecting much, we are not fussy people. The hotel and the room were clean, the AC worked fine, the bathroom was in good shape. Breakfast was fine. Nothing too fancy, it did the job. I'd go back if I ever have to spend the night in Lahad Datu. Just bear in mind that there doesn't seem to have much to do around. You'll find places to eat, and there's a supermarket downstairs, but Lahad Datu is not a place were you'll want to linger, there's much to it. · Got a twin bed room, when I had requested a double bed.

Located at new business centre of Lahad Datu about 5 km from town. The hotel is on the top of Survay supermarket. Shops and restaurants just nearby and walking distance. There is KFC in this area. The service is good with friendly staff. Clean and nice room with free wifi. The breakfast is okay. Don't expect like five star hotel. Adequate parking space along the street but it full at night with Survay' customers. With low rate charged by the hotel, it is a good value compare with the services provided.

Location wise it is quite far away from the town center. Room are very basic and small. Bed is as hard as a rock. Bathroom is very dirty and moldy. Towels doesn't look clean as well. It is one of the most expensive hotels in town as well. You probably can get cheaper options else well with the above facilities.

Stayed from 7/7/18 to 8/7/18 in room 723 My 3rd time in Lahad Datu. The worst hotel I stayed in (compared to Bay Hotel & MB Hotel). Most expensive (paid RM142) but worse than 2 star standard 1) Noisy throughout (next to main road - room not sound proof). Less spacious. Tile floor untidy 2) Aircond not cooling - literally sleeping in sweat. Only 2 pillows given. No face/ hand towel. Low quality soap/ shower gel/ shampoo 3) Breakfast included but very poor quality - no variety - better buy from stalls outside hotel. 4) No reserved parking for customer - compete with Servey shoppers Nutshell: Not recommended. Many other better options with cheaper rate and more comfortable in Lahad Datu

This is basically a business hotel where you get a comfortable room, a not that good breakfast and not much else. There are restaurants nearby for food and a few shops. It was okay for an overnight stay but not much else. There are views from higher levels and that is it really.

Room is basically clean with basic facilities,a little run down and we had to change room as the room window is not able to be locked. Only settled down with the 4th room. Meaning quite a number of room window were with damaged lock. Bathroom's shower drainage was clogged. Fungus stain etc can be cleaned up. Anyway ours was just a one night stay and we were tired, so we just dealed with it.
