Friendly staff, special mention to Eman from the front desk who is really helpful all throughout our stay. English was not the primary language, but staff did try. Stayed here at the last minute due to a problem with another rental. Price was reasonable - and we had two rooms. Connected rooms not available, but our rooms were close together. No need to look further, I don't go for the huge resort hotels because they don't have a warm feeling and staff find it hard to remember you, so I find smaller hotels that do this for me. I have wonderful time to stay at Ramada Phuket Southsea. Great Location. Friendly staff, Good service, Room Very nice - modern, Restaurant very nice. This hotel use the high quality for all material, the room function so convenience for people to stay. Will stay here again for next trip in Phuket
