We paid 500 bht for room with tv a/c fridge across the road from the beach. Had a balcony and room cleaned daily. Bus stop a right across the road 30 bht to phuket town. Bus goes every 30 mins. Owner was talkative. The only downside was that the bed was hard. was very quiet inside the room.
