Booked 2 week stay using Ving.no. Seemed that prices were much better if you upgraded room / food at the hotel. We booked a sea view room with half board. Great view, plenty of space. Ok furnishings. Stayed for 8 night recently at the Viva Bahia with two daughters aged 11 and 13 and overall had a good holiday. Nice hotel close to the beach. A classic all-inclusive hotel with activities during the day (and hence if you are looking for at quite place this is not it). Mainly families from scandinavia and germany. Not a lot restaurants around. Best choise is La Playa.

We stayed in suite with roof terrace with bubble bath, which was very nice. But the bubble bath was impossible to turn off, and was noisy. We wanted to make breakfast in the room and cook eggs, but that didn't work either. We told the reception, never heard back. Had to pick up washed clothes ourselves, expensive too. Not enough... More
