Spent the night in the outside room near the stream with a restful trickling sound all night, lovely. There are cons - bathroom tiles need cleaning/regrouting, carpet showing age. I stayed here 2 nights, room had a four poster bed room 1a it was a barn conversion, very comfortable, spacious, bottled water included, food however wasn't the best, brown sauce was out of date, which put me off my breakfast, but over all fab stay, highly recomended

Foods are rubbish. Bad even for its price. Most food are like fast food, hardly any homemade. Staffs are even worse - unhelpful, unfriendly, uncourteous. Very Good looking pub/restaurant, at a good location, surrounded by friendly neighbourhood. What a waste.

We were a party of 20 (5 families) who turned up on 30 minutes notice from nearby Cotswold Hoburne campsite. The service was exceptional and the food was very good. If you want a decent meal and a very reasonable price I cannot recommend this highly enough.
