The entrance to this hotel was a little difficult to find at first, if you are driving from the direction of Skopje you must first drive almost up to the border guards/immigration booths before doing a U turn and driving back on yourself. “It does not have anything special”

It does not have a warm atmosphere. It’s new and clean, but it does not have anything special. decoration is very plain. The service is average. Breakfast is tasteless. Overall it is expensive for what it has to offer.

“Very good quality-/price-relation IF you have business to do in Gevgelioja”

Great hotel. Big rooms. Relatively cheap. Staff speaks english. Big Casino. Busy. Lots of lights outside. Nothing around. It's on the Greek border. Players use the hotel for gambling. It's a bit like Vegas. It's huge!

Was there with my family on my way from Greece in August 2012. Stayed only one night. Room was big sized, very well equiped (very nice combination of wood and marble), with fantastic, spaciouss bathroom (my wife simply loved it). “The worst staff I have ever seen.”

The staff is so badly trained that you can wait in the bar for minutes until they stop talking between themselves. It is about an excellent 5-star hotel, with big sized rooms, very clean and cosy. The breakfast was tasty and the stuff very polite. “Excellent Service Casino _ Very Professional”

Just at the border with Greece, this Hotel-Casino complex offers very high standards of courteous and professional staff. Most are Greek speakers, however, as expected, the staff at the Hotel Reception were fluent in English. Did not visit the rooms but, my calculated guess, I am sure that there are as presented in their brochures.

Pros: Value for money, clean, quiet, spacious, swimming pool, massage, casino. Cons: Some staff members are not very pleasant. The food is the worst of all near by hotels and casinos. Away from any major city.
