“Very spacious clean room, the food at the restaurant is amazing!”

Stayed her for 2 nights. The room was above average in cleanliness, and very spacious. The restaurant at this hotel rates 5 stars, i had the duck breast with parsnip mash served with roasted tomatoes, the combination of those ingredients were matched to perfection. Not to mention the chocolate macron cocktail, I could have drank 10 of those, yum!

I've stayed at a few Mantra properties and this is underwhelming. The hotel is very close to parramatta station and shops. My room was sparsely furnished, tea and coffee rationed and only enough milk for two drinks. Bathroom was small and in need of anti mold on the tile grout. For the price, certainly not luxury

“Great accomm and location”

Fantastic location as very short walk to Westfield. Clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, great room service and reasonably attentive staff. No traffic noise experienced from the self contained units. Easy, secure car parking too. I've stayed there three times previously and have already booked my next Sydney trip staying there.

Convenient location excellent front office staff sub-par housekeeping dated furniture & equipment in rooms dont call housekeeping for help as they will treat you like criminal and quiz you before sorting out the issue, if they sort it out over priced for facility
