Stayed at this Travelodge for one night and that was enough!! On entering the hallway to the rooms there was a smell of old boiled cabbage and stale milk. Entered the room and the smell was the same but intensified. As with previous reviews the whole bathroom was a disgrace, old worn and broken sink with large crack in the... More

This is a Travelodge so I didn’t expect much. We stayed her as the Travelodge in Chester was £85 and I refuse to spend that much money on a Travelodge. If you travel here using the satnav then keep a look out for the hotel as the satnav will send you pass it. It is situated behind a Starbucks and... More

Having just returned from a trip to Wales, I picked the hotel more for the price and the convenience. It is reasonably located next to the fast network of roads, but the hotel is a little bit of a let down. Upon arrival the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and warm, but very tired -... More

was a little worried when we arrived as its not very central and it is one of the oldest travelodge's still going. There were no new mod cons just the basics with real keys to open the rooms ? But as it was a typically cold English day the room was lovely and warm and the manageress was very very... More

Stayed at this hotel when spending the day at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. After reading the reviews on here after booking this hotel I was rather worried but needn't have been. Found the hotel quite easy. When we checked in the receptionist was polite and friendly, and was very helpful. The room was basic but clean.Looking a bit tired and in need... More

OK...This hotel is not 5* luxury, but, at £19, it is in an excellent location for visiting Liverpool. It is very quiet, very close to motorway access, extremely clean and, more importantly, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would happily return there.

We paid £25.00 for one night. In Britain, where hotel accommodation is notoriously expensive, that is a snip. Therefore, one cannot expect anything too exciting. To call it ‘no-frills’ is an understatement, though. The word ‘austerity’ must have been coined in one of these rooms. Still, for one night it provides a roof over your head (but not more). Those... We booked this hotel early so we got a very good price. We were wanting a room just to sleep in since we were arriving after walking all day and leaving early the next day and this travelodge did the task perfectly. The room was clean, tidy and warm.
