Very convenient for the Lundy Heliport, added to the excitement hearing the helicopter as we were getting ready to leave. Breakfast was lovely, best full English I've had in a very long time, gave me beans when I asked! Why does the review need 200 characters?

Yvonne welcomed us with an Afternoon Tea in her nice lounge. She is very friendly and discrete. We booked a dinner, and she cooked tasty chickenbreasts with different Vegetables and potatoes in the oven. We had a relaxing stay in a stilish house and were served with joy and care! The breakfast was very rich with fresh fruit and a nice variety of cheese, as we wished it. Yvonne spoiled us, and we enjoyed everything. Thanks a lot, dear Yvonne! Anita and Martin from Switzerland

I cannot speak too highly of the overnight stay. The warmth of the welcome, the imparting of local knowledge, delicious food, and oh so comfortable bedroom. A beautiful place to stay and everything you could want.

Yvonne welcomes you with a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of homemade cake when you arrive. You are made to feel completely at home here; you can relax in Yvonne's comfortable guest sitting room as well as order dinner or a packed lunch for the next day. Everything is super clean and works well, and nothing is too much trouble. Our home-cooked dinner was delicious and the packed lunch was just what was needed as we were walking the South West Coast path. This is B&B done properly with good old-fashioned hospitality. I can't recommend this highly enough. Outstanding.

Had a fantastic stay here before and after visiting Lundy. Mrs Heard is an excellent host, cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible and is an amazing cook. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the breakfast and evening meals are fantastic. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for looking after us and accommodating us when our flight to Lundy was delayed by 24-hours. See you soon

West Titchberry is run by a lovely lady, she is very welcoming, the rooms are exceptionally clean, very warm and comfortable. The breakfast are great, she’s very knowledgeable about the area and recommended some lovely places to visit. This is a great place to stop if you’re going to Lundy by helicopter.

Stayed one night whilst doing the South West Coast Path. A warm welcome from Yvonne. A nice spacious room. Yvonne kindly offered to make us a meal in the evening when I booked as we were walking and the farm is not near any amenities. We had a wonderful two course meal. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The B&B is comfortable and homely in a very peaceful setting. It is over 200 years old if I'm not mistaken. The furnishings are perhaps a bit old-fashioned for some tastes, but that's what we like! Our rooms (1 double, 1 twin) were bright and attractively decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to make tea, coffee and hot chocolate in our rooms, and there were little biscuits too. We appreciated the pot of tea and homemade fairy cakes when we arrived. It was nice to have the use of the lounge too. The bathroom, shower and toilet were in the corridor but that wasn't a problem. The owner, Mrs Heard, was very helpful and friendly, recommending places to visit and local pubs. The cooked breakfast was very good and we were able to have a vegetarian version. There was a wide selection of cereals and home-made jams and honey. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay and would recommend West Titchberry Farm.…

We only stayed one night but would love to go back. Generous accommodation, spotlessly clean and super food - this is excellent value for money. But the really special feature of West Titchberry is the location close to the wild cliffs of Hartland, huge skies and perfect peace of this quietest corner of Devon.
