Spent two nights, and can't understand why this only one star! It's clean, roomy, romantic, secluded, and breathtaking! Our room was ensuite, but don't know what one would be like without a bathroom in your room. Recommend a walk into town... we took a taxi ride back. Dinner in the castle is excellent cuisine, with an extensive wine list.

From the moment we arrived Castel Pergine enchanted us. The castle grounds are lovely and open for exploring, and the trails on the surrounding hill are also very beautiful. The staff was wonderful and we found the service to be excellent. I really recommend doing the half-board option as dinner was fantastic-delicious, incorporating local foods and done with beautiful presentation.... More
