Booked our stay in August for 2 rooms on first floor each with 2 queen beds when we arrived we were given rooms on the second floor when I asked to have first floor ones the front desk person rudely told me they were sold out for the week and could not accomodate us. When we arrived at our rooms... more

For all you in the UK suffering with the snow and ice thought it time to write a review, albeit late on the Tam. We stayed in the Tam from the 2nd July 2009 on a 2 week vacation and it was all it said in the brochure. We stayed in block 2100 after initially being given 1300 block (next... more

My husband and I stayed at the Tamarijn with all-inclusive benefits from dec 26 2009-jan 2 2010. Flew on Us Airways, and they're awful. Always running late, missed planes yech! Didn't realize my husband had written them off years ago when I booked this trip. Anyway~ We purchased the roundtrip bus-fare from airport to hotel. It was fast and comfortable.... more

The service was good, maintenance, food, cleanliness, rooms. It was the first resort I ever stayed at that was so close to the beach. We woke every morning and watched cruise ships coming in so close, and every evening sat on our balcony and watched the sunset. My brother and sister in law and my sister and brother in law... more

We stayed at the Tamarijn in December 2009. It was a wonderful stay! Beach The beach was beautiful with rocks in some areas but it just added to the beauty. The water was warm and there were some small waves. We never had any trouble finding a spot with shade. It always seemed quiet and relaxing. However there was some... more

We vacation 4 to 5 times a year around the world. This was one of our best vacations ever. We can't wait to return next Christmas and are planning to go again for Spring break 2010. Our children 20 and 16 even had a great time. Anyone under 19 is free with 2 paying guests, doesn't hurt either. If you... more

I have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, and this was the most disappointing. If they got the food right, I would give it 5 stars. The drink was OK, but the food was very poorly managed - hot food was cold and cold food hot - and it seemed to be very poor quality. Also, the theme nights were strange... more

This was our 7th stay at the Divi/Tam Hotel Complex. It was nice as usual. Great location, close to downtown Oranjestad and shopping. Long, uncrowded beach. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very nice restaurants. Great deal for the money. Some staff very caring; others not so friendly. The 8 people in our party have stayed here many times and thought it appropriate... more

( Pronounced tam mer' jin) PRO's & CON's (no order) __Food was excellent and varied, Come as you are, although you might put on the glad rags for Paparazzi. The portions are generous and it's usually too much to finish; I tried. Cunucu Terrace Restaurant is the smallest and you cook your own food on the center of the table/cooktop.... more

Had a great time... we had 3year olds to 70 year olds. The rooms were small but clean and we were barely in them. For n all inclusive the food was above par. The red parrot and Ginger were our favorites. The beaches were beautiful and you cant beat the view from the rooms!!!!!!!!! more
