This was our 18th year staying at this hotel. The main reason we return is the excellent staff that works there. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I stayed here from Jan.18-25th and must say I have no complaints about this place. The staff were very friendly, helpful and entertaining escpecially the entertainment crew led by Chrissy Nast...lots of fun! The shows are a must see and fun for all ages. The restaurants were nice and the food was good! I highly recommend Occidental Grand Aruba!!! More

Overall: enjoyable stay but feel this place is very catered to the people who have bought time-shares and are long-time patrons.
