Phenomenal customer service. Dinner at the Pirate's Nest restaurant was consistently excellent. Perfect sugar-sand beach and aqua blue ocean. Massage experience was the only flaw we noticed; massage therapist didn't seem well-trained for deep-tissue.

Just completed first trip to Aruba. Chose Bucuti and Tara Suites because of the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. I was not disappointed.
