Great option in the Miramar district of Havana, check in was a breeze,i asked for a room with ocean view and that was not a problem, the front desk lady was very courteous and accommodating. The room we got was on the second floor, with a nice ocean/pool view, very clean ,comfy bed, also the shower had good pressure and there was hot water at all... I didn't stay here, but my friends did. I spent one day here: - at the pool - I used their room to clean up - lobby bar after dinner. Service was great at the pool and lobby bar. The room was small but clean. I'd recommend this if you're looking for a 3 star in Miramar. More

I stayed in this hotel during my 10 day stay in Havana. The best word I could use to describe experience there is "excellent". The staff is super friendly, caring, and they go long ways to please their clients. Service is beyond average for similar hotels, so you will feel right at home the minute you walk into the lobby... When travelling to Cuba, one should not expect perfection. The hotel was damp (probably because it was on the sea), the tile floors dirtier than necessary, and like in the rest of the island, the internet connection was painfully slow. Despite all that, I loved the hotel because of its proximity to the sea, the variety of the food at... More

Well, my friend and I were at the pool’s area of the Copacabana hotel 21.11.2010. Admission fee was 5 CUC for person which includes a beach towel. The above mentioned area consists of two swimming pools, one of them filled with sweet water and surrounded by beach beds, and a pool bar which is reasonably priced. Actually, another pool is... My room was a junior suite so plenty of room with a bed room and living room and balcony. The bathroom was large with two sinks a toilet and be-day. The tub was a large jacuzzi tub but far to hot to use and with the low water pressure it took about an hour to fill but the shower was... More

Not too bad given what I had read in previous reviews.Check in was fine apart from all the rooms being reserved in my name despite the hotel insisting on being given full names of all travellers at the time of booking. The elevator failed between floors when one of my friends and I were using it, quite a novel experience... More

This hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. There was a quiet bar suited for those who don't care for loud music and the food at the buffet restaurant was very good. Guest rooms were clean and there is a good selection of channels on the television. Hotel amenities include a money exchange facility, which is useful for... More

This was my fifth time in Havana. I spend a lot of time counselling people on where and how to stay in Havana. The Copa was clean, great room, I had the Junior Suite which means I had a balcony. Breakfast was better than I expected. The ocean pool was very cool. You cannot go to a Havana hotel and... More
