We rent a wide ventilated room, with a double bed and the possibility of adding another personal one, air conditioning, private bathroom with cold water and heat 24 hours, refrigerator, TV and telephone. It has access to an independent balcony from which the sea is sighted. The price doesn't include breakfast. The place is comfortable and sure, and the visitor will be treated with courtesy and respect by the proprietors Isabel and Julio, in a family calm atmosphere. The owners can communicate in English. The house is located centrally, near the historical, cultural and recreational places of attraction to the tourist, 15 minutes walking of the Central Park, Capitol and Vedado area, and 600 meters to Havana’s Malecon. You arrive in hardly 5 minutes in taxi to the main Bus Terminal and the historical Plaza de la Revolucion. Services: Breakfast (not included in the price of the room), which consists of fruit cocktail (Macedonian), milk, bread and butter, eggs and coffee espresso. We also offer delicious and abundant Cuban foods with prices depending on the menu asked by the guest, but always below the ones of the restaurants for tourism. Free services: Linen and toiletries, information of local & national tours, hours, prices & means of transportation, connections with particular houses with rooms for rent in provinces, etc. Laundry. 24 hours security. Directions to my property (how to reach my hostel): From International Airport "José Martí", all along Rancho Boyeros Avenue, you arrive to Carlos III (Salvador Allende) Avenue, which up to 1000 m approximately (3rd traffic light) is intercepted by Marques González street, bending left meets shortly with (5 blocks) San Rafael street. The total trip delays around 25 minutes and usually it doesn't exceed 20 CUC. My official license for rent is number 998/10.
