We stayed with Roberto, Zoraida, Mami, Papi and of course the famous Dinka for 3 days at the end of May 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Everything from the location of the Casa, the quality of the accommodation, the food and of course our hosts was better than we could have anticipated! Nothing was too much trouble for Roberto and... This was the nicest place we stayed in Cuba. Not only is the location really good but our hosts made us feel like part of the family. The rooms may be quite dark but who cares when you can sit below the plants and drink a cup of tea in the evening and talk to family? (You are welcome to... More

Roberto, Zoraida, mami, papi & Dinka (the dog) are the best hosts we had in Havana. We stayed 4 nights in their beautiful home, right in the center of Havana Vieja. The house is perfectly located, within a few minutes of most tourists attractions, major hotels, plazas and the Malecon. Roberto & Zoraida treated us like family, our breakfast was... More

Roberto ,Zoraida and Mummy definitely mean this,as this made a memorial stay in Habana Vieja! you could not wish for better hosts (and I hope friends) as nothing was too much trouble including worrying and staying up late when we bad boys arrived at the casa one evening very late. Roberto and Zoraida are excellent ambassodors for Cuba!

We had a fantastic 5 day stay at Casa Colonial. Roberto and Zonaida were absolutely wonderful hosts who helped us organise airport taxi transfers, provided excellent breakfasts, and not only made us feel amazingly welcome but were a great source of information as to what to do, where to go, where to eat etc. The location is perfect for anyone... Stayed here over Christmas 2012 for 6 nights. There were up to 13 people in our group. 6 of us stayed at Casa Colonial 1715, the others stayed at casas nearby, including with their relatives across the street. Roberto and his wife (and their dog) were extremely accommodating during our stay. We always felt at home and they would not... More
